Can I use E5 CMS as a partner for my own clients?
Yes. Through the partner programme, agencies and developers get a licence, access to the AI modules and support, and can run projects under their own brand.
Can I work under my own brand?
Yes. With the white-label model you use the system under your own name, while we maintain the core in the background.
Is there a demo?
A demo is available on request, tailored to the type of project you work on.
Do you also offer design, or only the system?
Both. 803 handles design and build, and the system is E5 CMS. Partners do their own design on the same core.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope and modules. You get an approximate timeline with the quote, and the work proceeds in phases.
What about support and upgrades?
Support and updates are included according to the chosen package. Larger changes are agreed separately.
System and technology
What technology does E5 CMS run on?
It is built in PHP with a MySQL database and runs on standard cPanel/WHM hosting, without special infrastructure.
Do I need special hosting?
No. Ordinary cPanel hosting is enough. If you like, we recommend and set up the environment.
Which version of the system is current?
Version 8 is current, and all our websites run on it. Version 9 is in development.
Is content multilingual?
Yes. The system supports multiple languages, with separate URL structures and translations.
Is the system mobile-friendly?
Yes. Pages are responsive and adapt to different screen sizes.
Does the system support online shops and B2B portals?
Yes. It covers the product catalogue, price lists, the cart and custom B2B ordering flows.
Can I add a shop later?
Yes. Thanks to the modular design, a shop can be added later without rebuilding the website.
What if I need a module that does not exist?
We develop it and integrate it into the same system, so the project stays on one foundation.
Can I integrate external services?
Yes. Integrations with newsletter services, payment providers and business systems are possible, depending on the project.
What about security and backups?
We use prepared statements and server-side data validation, with regular backups by agreement.
AI module
Does the AI module change how you work in the CMS?
No. Content is still edited in the CMS. The AI prepares suggestions that you review and approve before publishing.
Which AI models does the system use?
Several models via OpenRouter. GPT handles standard tasks, and Claude is used for more demanding content and code changes.
How is AI usage billed?
AI runs through OpenRouter. The cost is either included in the package or billed by usage, depending on the agreement.
Content and data
Who owns the content and data?
Content and data belong to the client. The system does not tie them to an external platform.
Can I move an existing website to E5?
Yes. Content migration is possible, and we agree the scope and approach based on the existing website.
Can I edit content myself after launch?
Yes. You edit content in the CMS, without any programming.
